Six one-on-one coaching sessions over three months, grounded in Integral Coaching methodology. Identity-level work, not just behavioural. We focus on what matters most to you: presence, confidence, hard conversations, how you lead under pressure. Every session is rooted in your real situation. Most clients extend to six or twelve months.
Practical tools and frameworks you can use today. Straight answers to real problems. Someone who has been in the room at scale and knows what actually works. For leaders moving fast who want access to someone who helps them think clearly and act decisively, without the lag of figuring it out alone.

Why work with me
I spent 25 years leading large, complex organisations. I was at Shopify across three distinct eras: part of a pioneering team that made remote-first work before the rest of the world caught up, through rapid global scale, and then into the AI transformation across twelve countries long before most organisations were taking it seriously. I was fortunate to do that work alongside some of the best leaders in the world. Before that, I was part of the senior leadership team at Trade Me.
I know what it actually feels like to lead under pressure. To make hard calls without a playbook. To build high-performing teams across cultures and time zones. To hold accountability and care at the same time.
I am an accredited coach and a trained mediator. My approach draws on Integral Coaching methodology, neuroscience, and 25 years of real experience in what actually works when the pressure is on.
I work with a small number of coaching clients at any one time. That is deliberate.
