SIMPLE™ Circles

Connection is not a soft skill. Your brain treats isolation the same way it treats physical pain.

As AI takes on more of the task work, working life is becoming more siloed. SIMPLE™ Circles are a way to develop self-awareness, clear thinking, sound judgment, resilience, and the ability to lead with genuine steadiness, in community. Not alone.

Something has shifted in what it means to lead well.

The WEF Future of Jobs Report (2025) confirmed what many of us already feel: for the first time, the most in-demand capabilities are not technical. They are human. Resilience, flexibility, and agility now rank above AI literacy in employer demand. Creativity. Adaptability. Empathy. The ability to make clear decisions under pressure and act from a place of genuine steadiness.

The problem? Most of us were never taught how to build these things deliberately. We were trained to produce, not to reflect. To perform, not to pause. To push harder, not to become wiser.

SIMPLE™ Circles are designed to change that.

What is a SIMPLE™ Circle?

A SIMPLE™ Circle is a structured peer learning community built around Crystal Fernando's book Unapologetically Human and her SIMPLE™ framework. Eight sessions, small groups, neuroscience-grounded, and a facilitator who keeps the work honest.

Eight sessions over several months. Small groups of 6 to 10 people. Fortnightly meetings. Designed to fit around real work and real life.

This is not a workshop where you sit and listen. It is a community where you actually do the work. You read, reflect, and bring your thinking to the group. The group challenges it, builds on it, and holds you to it.

I facilitate each session, bringing structure, honest challenge, and the kind of depth that turns reflection into real change.

1

Work solo between sessions

Access Crystal Fernando's private portal with content, exercises, and practices drawn from the book. Go at your own pace, doing the inner work before you bring it to the group.

2

Bring it to the Circle

Fortnightly, your group meets. You share what you have noticed, challenge each other's thinking, and learn together in a way that solo reading never achieves.

3

Reflect, apply, and return

Between sessions, you take the thinking into real work. What you try, notice, and discover feeds the next conversation. The learning builds on itself.

4

Eight sessions, two retrospectives

Three sessions, then a retrospective. Three more sessions, then a final retrospective. Designed to let the work land before moving on.

Reading a book changes what you know. A Circle changes how you lead.

The portal gives you depth.

Crystal Fernando's content, exercises, and practices are available between sessions. You go at your own pace, with structure to guide you.

The sessions give you accountability.

The research is clear: organisations that adopt coaching-based learning approaches see a 459% return on investment. When ideas are tested aloud and accountability is shared, they become real. (Stanier, The Coaching Habit, 2016)

The community makes it stick.

Someone in your group is living the same challenge. That is what turns theory into practice, and practice into how you actually lead.

This is not a leadership programme. It is for anyone.

You might be a leader, a professional, a founder, or simply someone who wants to explore Crystal Fernando's ideas in good company. You do not need a particular role or title. You just need curiosity and a willingness to do real thinking alongside other people.

The community is the point. Meeting new people, exploring ideas together, and finding that someone else is living exactly the same challenge as you.

Why I run these.

As AI takes on more of the task work, more of us will find ourselves working in greater isolation. With the rise of remote work, the connective tissue of the office, the informal conversations, the people who notice when you are struggling or push you when you are playing it safe, that does not happen automatically anymore. A Circle gives you a small group of people who are genuinely invested in your growth, and you in theirs. That kind of community is harder to build than it used to be, and more valuable.

It is also a cost-effective way for us to work together. If you have been curious about coaching but not ready to commit to that investment, a Circle is a good place to start.

Each Circle is small by design. The depth of the work requires it.

What it costs.
